On Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, Khloé Kardashian commented on the scandal surrounding her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, saying, “It only hurts me by holding onto all this crap.”
When it comes to Tristan Thompson, Khloé Kardashian has no desire to harbour resentment.

In a confessional segment on Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, producers questioned Khloé, 38, about how she had managed to find peace with Tristan, 31, despite all the drama that had taken place.
“It’s most likely, perhaps practise,” Khloé said. “I believe that many people could forget that I’ve endured a lot of BS. When we were married, my ex-husband [Lamar Odom] undoubtedly had a serious drug problem and was discovered in a brothel. He also did a lot of other things that are likely unforgivable, but I am still able to forgive him, move on, and want the best for him.
She continued, “Let it go; it only hurts me when I hold on to all this crap. “Let God be God and let go.”
Khloé is handling the entire Tristan thing with such grace, Kris Jenner said at another point in Thursday’s show, praising her daughter for the way she had handled the circumstance.

She added in her own confessional, “As her mom, I can tell Khloé has been feeling incredibly sad — I can just feel her vibe.” Additionally, I am concerned since I am aware that she internalises everything.
Fans are aware that Khloé and Lamar wed in 2009. The former NBA player repeatedly fell back into drug use during their marriage, which eventually resulted in a nearly deadly overdose in October 2015. In 2016, the couple divorced legally.
Khloé and Tristan started dating in the same year. After Tristan’s initial cheating scandal, they welcomed daughter True Thompson in April 2018 and later split up.

In the end, the couple found love again, and PEOPLE recently reported that they secretly got engaged in February 2021. They then started making preparations for having a second child.
In the closing weeks of 2021, Khloé and Tristan successfully produced a second child through a surrogate, just as word spread that Tristan had once more cheated, this time fathering a child with Maralee Nichols.
Khloé then called off the covert engagement in December, and this past August, a representative for Khloé revealed to PEOPLE that she and Tristan had given birth to a son, their second child.
The Kardashians’ second season debut featured Khloé allowing Tristan to see the baby and revealing, “Tristan wants to be here, so I decided to let him come even though I wasn’t sure whether or not I should allow him to. This time will never come back.”

Later, Odom discussed the episode with E! News and defended his ex-wife amid Tristan’s cheating scandal. Odom, 42, admitted, “Watching it was difficult for me. “It will always be difficult for me to witness someone I love so much in such sadness.”
On The Kardashians episode from last week, the CEO of The Good American spoke about the reasons for her first denial of an engagement.
I wanted to be proud to say I was engaged to anyone, so I thought, “I need to make sure this is a totally different relationship,” she recounted. “It’s for that reason that I stated, “I’m not comfortable accepting this right now because I’m not excited to tell my family,” and even though he probably found it to be upsetting to hear, the statement was true. I told him that I wouldn’t ever accept something or give someone false hope.”
